Omnie Solutions announced that D& M Holdings; largest consumer electronics manufacturers, holding brands like Denon& Marantz has built a global Web CMS (Content Management System)   for their Internet sites on  Microsoft Share Point 2010. This Web CMS has consolidated websites on 9 different platforms into 1, helped centralizing and streamlining the content management for their marketing teams and while building a very strong brand image.

Denon& Marantz experienced a decentralized website environment and lack of control in maintaining and managing 200 different consumer websites that came under the umbrella of D& M Holdings after acquisitions.  The sites were running on 9 different platforms like PHP and adobe Cold Fusion, hosted with multiple vendors and maintained by third party development firms, hence adding cost to the company.
