Smart Solutions Inc expands operations in India in alliance withOmnie Solutions.

Omnie announces , US based, Smart Solutions Inc, one of the fast growing IT infrastructure and services providers in the US has joined hands with Omnie Solutions Pvt India Ltd to start its operations in India. Smart Solutions Inc, have decided establish its operations in India, will be engaged in providing Infrastructure services and support to the clients in US and other parts of the world. The company will run with the name of Smart Collaborative Solutions in India and also will work as Infrastructure services and support arm for Omnie solutions.
Smart Collaborative Solutions will establish their Information Technology infrastructure services & supports Helpdesk in alliance with Omnie. The alliance will combine technical know -how from Smart Collaboration with operation and management support from Omnie Solutions.
Under the agreement Omnie will provide infrastructure, operational and managerial support to Smart Collaboration. Starting from September 2008, Omnie will be extending Infrastructure, Human Resource, Operational, Financial, Legal, Managerial support and responsibility for Smart Collaborative Solutions.
