Draft Returns Policy

OUR RETURNS POLICY

If we have made a mistake with your order, or you have received your order in a damaged condition, you can return it unopened for replacement to us within 14 days of the date you received the item. A refund beyond seven working days of receipt of the item, will only be issued if there is a mistake with our order processing.

Please note: Due to the nature of the item, we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.

Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your refund efficiently:

1. Place Femal securely in its original packaging with all accompanying documentation
2. Contact Customer Services at: [include propharma email address]. Our team will provide you with a return address if you are able to return your order under the returns policy outlined above.
3. We will notify you via e-mail when we have received Femal back to our warehouse, and processed your refund/replacement

Pease note all boxes will be inspected by our warehouse and returns team. If the box is deemed to have been opened, we will be unable to process the refund.

Cooling Off Period

Under UK law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of an item within seven working days of the item's delivery to you. Sadly, we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of products where the item has been opened.
