As Managing Director, Mun Leong has been running operations at MUN since 2013. He has a formidable background in the industry, having previously served as Technical Manager of Hartalega Sdn Bhd, where he developed engineering designs, process improvements and change controls, all with an emphasis on cost reduction, equipment efficiency and technical innovation.
Mun Leong holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Monash University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Strathclyde Business School.

Mr. Mun Keng Kuan
Director – MUN Global
Mun Keng comes to MUN from Hartalega Sdn Bhd, where had he served since 1998. As a Production Executive there, he established himself by implementing qualitative improvements and innovations to the organization and its processes. As the Deputy Operations Manager, he was responsible for the daily operations of the quality control and packing departments, always maintaining the highest standards of manufacturing and reliability.
Mun Keng holds degrees in Business Accounting and Computing from Monash University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Gregory Pak
President – MUN USA
As President of Mun Global USA, Gregory has been responsible for U.S. brand manufacturing markets since 2002. He brings with him over 20 years of experience in the glove industry, having served as the Chief Operating Officer at Bio-Flex International, where he identified and implemented new growth strategies and distribution channels.
Gregory holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration majoring in Quantitative Analysis from the University of Southern California.

Dr. Danaraj Nadarajah
Director – MUN Global (China & India)
As Director, Dr. Danaraj Nadarajah has been responsible for the overseeing the company’s brands in the U.S., China, India and other emerging markets since 2011. Dr. Danaraj Nadarajah comes from a government background, having worked at the Malaysian Ministry of Finance, and as Technical Advisor to the Special Innovation Unit for the Prime Minister’s Office where he was instrumental in the formulation of Malaysia’s National Innovation Policy.
Dr. Danaraj Nadarajah holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree from Oxford University, a Masters in Public Administration from Harvard University and a both a Masters and Bachelor degree from the University of Malaya.

Mr. David Teng
Director – MUN Australia
Director and Company Secretary, David Teng, started his career with Pharmatex Australia in April 2001 where he was responsible for leading the company in its branding, product range, business growth, human resources and distribution channels. Before joining Pharmatex, David spent 15 years at Panasonic Australia where his responsibilities included accounting, finance, administration, operations, HR, internal auditing, management of FX exposure, start-up of new divisions and acting as the company representative in consumer electronic affairs.

Ms. Wang Yue
Managing Director – MUN China
General Manager, Ms. Wang Yue, brings with her over twenty years of international business experience. After spending ten years as the General Manager at Yancheng Creative Doll House, she joined Hartalega Berhad in Yancheng Pharmatex Medical Equipment Co Ltd as a joint venture partner.
She holds a degree from Nanjing Normal University Teacher Training College.

Mr. J.P.Tharan Jothi
Head – MUN India
General Manager, Mr. Muralidharon Jothi Kandan, comes to Gloveon from Hartalega where he has served as the Business Advisor of Market Development in India since its inception. He has a diverse background in both information technology and management, having worked in key capacities for SITA (M) Sdn Bhd, a leading specialist in air transport communications and information technology, and Cyber Security Malaysia, an agency under the Malaysian Ministry of Science and Technology.
Dharan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems from University of Portsmouth.
