Frequently Asked Questions
Mattresses
Q. What is the best way to unpack and set up my new memory foam mattress?
For convenient transport and protection, your new memory foam mattress comes to you compressed and safety-sealed. Please read the easy Unpacking Instructions below before removing the mattress from the package.
Q. I’m having trouble getting comfortable on my new memory foam mattress. Is that normal?
Absolutely. While many people feel comfortable right away, others may need a few weeks to appreciate the comfort and support of pressure-relieving memory foam. That is especially true if you are used to sleeping on a hard surface. Give your new memory foam mattress a little time and we are confident you will experience a better night's sleep.
Q. Where is your memory foam made?
Our memory foam is made in the USA - for comfort you can count on and quality you can trust.
Q. My new memory foam mattress has an odd smell. What does that mean?
You may notice a slight "new" smell when you first unpack your new memory foam mattress. The smell is completely harmless and will disappear in a short period of time. Giving your memory foam mattress time to air out will help.
Q. How do I care for my memory foam mattress?
Please do not remove the mattress cover. Spot clean with a damp cloth and follow the full care instructions on your mattress’s label.
Q. My new memory foam mattress seems a little bit hard. Why is that?
Memory foam is naturally sensitive to temperature changes - that helps it respond effectively to your body’s contours. If you purchased your memory foam mattress during colder months, you may want to give it time to reach room temperature before using it.
Q. My memory foam mattress seems to be changing color slightly. What does this mean?
As memory foam ages, it may change color slightly due to natural oxidation. This is completely normal and does not indicate a problem or a loss of comfort or performance.
Q. Do I need to flip my memory foam mattress?
There is no need to flip your memory foam mattress. For best performance, we do recommend occasional turning (flat rotation).
Q. Can I use my memory foam mattress directly on the floor?
Your mattress is specifically designed for use with a box spring or platform foundation. We do not recommend placing your mattress directly on the floor.

Q. Do I need to fluff my memory foam mircro-cushion pillow?
Memory foam micro-cushions are specially made to give you the loft and softness of a fiber pillow with the hypoallergenic benefits of memory foam. We recommend that you fluff all sides of the pillow evenly before your first night and as often as needed after that. This will help the pillow keep its original shape, for years of optimal comfort and lasting support.
