Personal Bio

Cassie began her career in recruitment in 2016, focusing on candidate mapping, resourcing, interview scheduling and researching around the software, digital and outsourcing sector. Since then she has expanded her network and knowledge around the technology sector and has a great number of connections worldwide.

I have created an art in identifying top talented people across the globe and have been successful finding the 'needle in the haystack'. I have a very proactive and inquisitive nature and that you have refined your search technique to find the hardest and most talented people in the market.

Throughout her time in recruitment she has also provided operational support to keep business running smoothly. She now manages the company’s admin, finances, client onboarding, interview scheduling, partners diaries, and more. Cassie is the first point of contact for all general enquiries.

Hobbies / Interests

Outside of work, Cassie is into fitness and likes to be creative as she also runs her own nail art and design business. She also has a keen interest in film and enjoys going to the cinema in her spare time.

Personal Bio

The ultimate all-rounder. A true general manager; experienced, competent and confident in marketing, finance, full P&L ownership, business transformation, project management, team leadership, strategic development and problem solving. With a proven track record with 4 successful start-up divisions achieved within three of the largest worldwide retailers.

She moved into IT headhunting, where her experience of running some large retail IT projects, coupled with her hiring manager experience, allowed her to understand the needs of her clients. She has successfully managed some major FinTech accounts and all their hiring needs.

Hobbies / Interests

Outside of work Rayner dedicates her time to her husband and 4 year old daughter where they love to spend time in the countryside, cooking, going to the theatre and working on her many home improvement projects.
